Welcome to OMX Packers and Movers. By booking our house shifting, vehicle transport, office relocation, or warehousing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations & Billing Transparency

• Quotations provided by OMX Packers and Movers are based on the initial inventory list, origin/destination accessibility, and distance shared during physical or virtual survey.
• Any additional items added on moving day or unexpected floor climbing without working lift facilities will incur extra charges as per standard tariffs.
• Statutory taxes such as GST (18%), toll charges, green tax, and state octroi permits are payable extra unless explicitly specified in writing.

3. Vehicle & Bike Transportation Terms

• Vehicles must have a minimum of 5-10 liters of fuel for loading onto hydraulic car carriers.
• Personal belongings stored inside car trunks or bike carrier bags are transported at the owner's risk and are not covered under basic vehicle transit insurance.
• Pre-existing scratches, dents, or mechanical flaws documented during joint inspection will be recorded on the inventory checklist.

4. Transit Timeline & Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver your consignment within the estimated timeframes, OMX Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for transit delays caused by natural calamities, severe weather, national highway blockades, RTO inspections, or civil unrest beyond our control.

5. Transit Insurance & Claims Procedure

Transit insurance covers loss or damage caused to insured goods due to vehicle accident, fire, or overturning during transit:

• Claims must be noted on the Consignment Note (Bilty) at the time of delivery before sign-off.
• Written claim notice along with photographic evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Insurance coverage excludes internal electrical or electronic breakdowns of un-inspected appliances.

6. Unloading & Sign-off

Upon completion of unloading and unpacking at the destination premises, the client or authorized representative must inspect all packages and sign the delivery satisfaction receipt.
